The newly opened Coombeshead Bakery, inhabiting the same converted barn space as the restaurant, is headed up by Ben Glazer. Now supplying restaurants, hotels and farm shops around Cornwall, the West Country, London, and beyond with his organic sourdough wares, Ben is also running comprehensive bread workshops on chosen Sundays through the year.
Whilst predominantly wholesale, the bakery is open on site for anyone, guests and visitors alike, wishing to buy bread or to simply enjoy some pastries and a coffee whilst Ben and the chefs go about their business. To avoid disappointment, we recommend pre-ordering your bread.

We use heritage varieties of wheat, spelt and rye for our breads, all of which are farmed organically.
