July 4th - Lino Summer Flower Stamps on Paper

Join artist-printmaker Mary Bowen on July 4th for an evening of colourful lino stamp printing on paper. 7 - 9pm

During this exciting workshop you will plan a lino stamp design and then, guided by Mary, cut it out using lino-cutting tools and techniques. We will use a range of lovely ink colours to print with, and experiment with repeat patterns onto specialist paper. Mary will bring along some seasonal inspiration, or you are more than welcome to come with an image or idea in hand.

The workshop will be held in The Shop space here at Coombeshead Farm. All materials will be provided, including aprons, lino tools, rollers and inks. Light refreshments will also be available from the farm restaurant, to keep us all fuelled.

This workshop is perfect for either beginners or someone with experience of printmaking. Everyone will be learning, so no prior experience is required to join us. Each stage will be fully explained and demonstrated and the evening will be lots of fun.
